How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Armmachine Remodeling to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You may write to us about any of these:
- How you were treated when you phoned or contacted Armmachine Remodeling
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. If a remodeling project hits a snag, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep written notes of what was said, much like keeping receipts after a purchase.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please keep in mind that Armmachine Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@armmachine.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
